Each flick also gets a Re-Watchability Level rating:

5: If you tell The Tauz you've never seen this movie, he will probably call you a chump. Then he will sit you down and re-watch it with you. (He'd also re-watch it by himself, if you choose to continue being a chump.) It's that good/important.

4: The Tauz will make time to re-watch this whole movie.

3: The Tauz would re-watch this movie if it's already in progress. He'd be okay with not seeing the whole thing again.

2: The Tauz doesn't really want to, but he will re-watch this movie if there's something in it for him (or if he somehow has no choice). You'll have to convince him to see it again.

1: The Tauz will actively avoid re-watching this movie. He will walk out of a room if it is on. For really, you guys.

Flatliners
This holds up pretty damn well for a mostly-80s movie. The intensity, freakiness, and the general mind-fuckery all overshadow any hint of 80s cheese that may linger.
In this, Julia Roberts’ last foray into interesting sci-fi movies, a group of young med school geniuses dare to press the limits of science to prove that there is something after life. One by one, four out of the five volunteer to die and be brought back to life by their doctor-buddies. Each one sees something different, and each one brings something from beyond back with them…
The visions they each see are pretty great, each revealing a clue about the characters who’ve seen them. And what follows each one back and how they manifest as creepy interferences are all pretty fun to watch.
The young cast is great, with Keifer, Bacon and Julia scoring the big roles while Baldwin and Platt round out the rebel crew nicely.
Pretty good stuff. Give it a look if you passed it over back in ‘90 when it came out.
